Migration of the repositories to the KDE infrastructure

TODO:

- Check that ale can add Lasse as pusher for 2025
- Lasse: adapt your workflow to publish the site in the layout defined Ben (or give feedback on how Ben should rework the format of the repos)

Ideas

ale:

- Archive all -static sites on Github but the 2025 one
- Should we have a LGM administrators group who has write / admin access to all the LGM repos on KDE? (the local organisers only get write access on their own static repo)
  - Currently we can't manage our repositories and there seems to be no LGM group
- Check the workflow if the local administrator does not have / does not want a KDE account (sync between Github and Invent)
- Should we move all the repos to KDE or keep the ones that are not for static files on Github?
