Video collab patch
Frab should be able to include video players or links to a video site in the exported schedule.
The important should be automatic. 
Furthermore attachments (slides) should be uploaded to media.ccc.de.
The XML conference description shall be enhanced to include a uniq identifier for every talk and a video/talk license as free text.

Ressource based access patch
while frab supports roles, these roles are system wide and not by conference. 
Restricting organizers access to specific conferences should speed up the  frab management interface.

Find stuff in every form patch
A lot of the forms in frab weren't meant for use with many conferences (60 conferences, several thousand speakers). Dropdowns need to be improved, search boxes have to be added.

Track required patch
No talk shall be submitted without a track to ease the content teams work.
