Shouldn't there be subtitles available for people without ability to hear? 13:25 Talk finished. Q/A 13:37 This slide has been up enough, and is not relevant at the moment 13:45 END ------ deep learning blindspots OYOY --------- 13:53 stream was live for 3 s and people were visible 13:58 herold life no sound then sound to quite then sound 13:58 speaker thanks for introduction 13:59 to zoomed in and camera to shaky 14:05 good wide angle use 14:08 close up is more zoomed out looks nice 14:14 good tracking of speaker and good transition to presentation 14:19 good equial picture mode 14:31 great natural tracking of speaker 14:37 good long slIde on stream very good video stream all in all 14:45 herrald interrupts to early 14:47 speaker ends 14:47 herald at edge of frame 14:48 hat of speaker plus light make face invisible 14:51 interestig camera angle with speaker in front herald in back 14:51 herald closes talk ------- CCC Jahresrückblick 2017 Eric ------- 15:13 Heralds Arms and head were cut off. 15:17: Camera was on translator moving down from stage, not on talking Heralds. 15:19: Slide was way too late 15:21: a bit too much space next to Constanze, Linus's hand was cut off on the left of the picture while gesturing. 15:25 Side by side equal not needen, only one person is Talking 15:39 Short Black-Frame in Stream 16:02 Text in Side-By-Side Equal on slide is way too small to read on tiny displays. 16:10 Text on slide is too small to read on Small display in Supersource. 16:16 Frank is Cut off in cropped Side by Side 16:18 Text on Slide is way too small for SideBySide (absoloutly no chance of reading that) 16:26 Constanzes hands are cut off in cropped video 16:37 It would be better if one Camera focuses more that you dont see Linus and Constanze talking to ewach other while Frank is talking 16:37 Back of Head nearly in full Picture 17:05 Text on slide too small too read in slide by slide (Fullscreen later is good) 17:07 Side by Side is pointless, when the content of the slide is too small for Side by Side to work. 17:09 again a black frame in stream 17:28 text is too small for Side by Side 17:29 now better 17:30 (identifiable) Faces in Screen !!!!!!!!! ---------- [Everything you want to know about x86 microcode but might have been afraid to ask] [phil] [18:31] Stream was on air very late, only very few words of herald were live [18:33] Huge nearly empty slide, no speaker to see [18:34] Now it's side-by-side preview, much better. [18:34] Speaker moves around a lot, camera has hard time following him. Zooming out a bit might have helped. [18:38] Speaker still moving a lot; leaves picture sometimes. Pip would probably be a better experience as it offers a wider picture. [18:44] Not a lot happening. Last point is still valid but nothing notable happens. [18:52] Voice echo from hall is noticable if you're pedantic about it [18:53] Slide with small text -> no full screen [19:03] Switch to live demo. Camera on secondary speaker is quite good. Might be zoomed in a bit more. [19:05] S-b-s preview doesn't work that well; Text is too small. Pip would work better. [19:17] Q/A works really well. [19:28] Talk over - no problems at the end --------------- Console Security - Switch plutoo, derrek, naehrwert --------------- [19:48] talk starts late? herald suddenly comes on in the middle of the sentence [19:50] audio issues, but apparently also in the hall [19:51] speaker in full screen with a lot of empty space to the left. maybe better use split preview... yes, like this! :) [19:52] speaker looking into the picture, looks good :) [19:53] headroom is ok now [19:54] speaker moves out of the frame - better zoom out or switch to fullscreen [19:58] NVIDIA ODNX02 and following slide with very small font size, better in fullscreen or p-i-p than split preview [20:07] ok, now the tiny font size is really the speaker's fault [20:10] setup is pretty static, but that's okay [20:22] speaker preview is good, head slightly on the outside, looking in direction of the slides. [20:24]: picture is not well readable, better go to fullscreen slide [20:27] speaker-to-speaker transition was really good [20:28] annoying moire pattern on the speaker's shirt :-/ [20:33] picture on slide not readable, unsure if it would be on fullscreen. same on next "waking up" slide [20:36] ok, picture not even readable in fullscreen :) [20:40] herald could be shown when speaking [20:42] good camera & mixing work in the q&a [20:45] talk over ------ Intel ME: Myths and reality sivizius ------ 21:01 online 21:02 speakers off centre, silent speaker cutted in half 21:03 too much space around speakers 21:07 typo on slide 21:08 slide is perhaps to small in side-by-side 21:13 black frames in camera 21:16 34c4-logo over text 21:17 slides are to small in side-by-side, because small fonts on images 21:24 speaker partly out of frame 21:29 too much space around speaker 21:43 hand of speaker out of frame 21:44 frozen stream 21:51 black frame in camera 21:53 bad camera images for a few seconds 21:54 to much space around speakers 21:54 heads in camera 21:55 bad focus on herald 21:57 some ugly lighting 21:58 camera moves left speaker out of view 21:58 bad focus on speakers 22:00 speaker partly out of view and cut in half 22:01 end of talk 22:02 offline ------ LatticeHacks sivizius ------ 22:13 online with herald, wee bit off centre, fast switch between herald and speaker and back 22:15 talk starts, switch to speakers from overview-cam to late, then to much movement with camera 22:16 picture-in-picture would be a good idea here 22:17 to much movement of camera, perhaps less zoom is better 22:22 bad choice of camera for side-by-side 22:23 font on slide too small for side-by-side 22:36 audio of speaker is echoing 22:50 picture-in-picture could start earlier and stop earlier 22:58 camera looks a bit unfocused 23:02 text in slide too small for side-by-side 23:12 black frame in camera ----- All Computers Are Beschlagnahmt james-knippes ----- 23:35 speaker view shortly off center 23:47 short noise 23:48 side by side preview would also be nice for bigger slides 23:58 picture in picture could start earlier 00:10 people in view? 00:11 back of head in view 00:17 loud clapping in audio stream (herald clapping?) 00:22 microfone/sound clipping? 00:23 + 00:27 again all in all transitions and view choices were on point. good work. ---- Hacker Jeopardy jko ---- 00:43 - Stream live 00:43 - Lautstärke Schwankungen 00:45 - Herold introduces 00:45 - Here we go! 00:46 - Lautstärke schwankt/teilweise noch aus 00:48 - 34c3 Logo überdeckt Text der 5.
