Introduction by herald. [14:11] begin of talk [14:11] technical problems with slides [14:14] [$audio: medium to high background rumble (speaker's hair interfering with mic)] [14:20] [$ .5 seconds audio blocked] [14:23] [$Maybe involve cam 1 as well for variety] [14:24] [$cam 1 not aligned horizonally (fixed within few seconds)] [14:29] [$cam 2 too unstable, overcompensating for the speakers movement] [14:30] [$significant background noise] [14:32] [$cam 1 on air while heavily adjusting] [14:40] [$very nice shot from cam 2] [14:52] [$speaker walking out of cam 2] [14:54] begin of q&a [14:54] [$shaky transition from presentation to q/a. (Use cam 3 during applause?)] [14:57] [$cam 2: Avoid fixing minor misalignments when live] [14:57] [$intense humming on the audio] [14:59] [$humming gets loud(present only on the left ear)] [15:01] [$gestures partially out of frame] [15:02] [$right mic on left ear (may be intended)] [15:02] [$end of intense humming on left ear. Slight humming on both ear] [15:03] [$medium reverb of signal angle] [15:04] [$gestures partially blocked (use cam 2?)] [15:05] end of talk [15:06] end of stream --> Speaker walking a lot, making it difficult for cams (especially cam 1) to follow. Cam 2 sometimes followed the speaker a little too much, trying to keep her centered. If cam 1 started to fail, cam 2 or even cam 3 would probably be a good fallback. Cam 2's cam pod's friction seems of be a little to tight for horizontal movement, causing the camera to shake on pan movements. Audio was heavily disturbed by background rumble, probably partially introduced by interference of the speakers hair and the mic. -------- [How does the Internet Work?] [Koolmees] -------- Intromusic is nice. I like the beat. [16.16] herald introduces the speaker and talk [16.16] speaker starts the talk [since beginning] video and sound aren't aligned, Slides aren't completely inside the frame [16.19] [$Show first the slide, maybe use more the side-by-side view afterwards] [16.24] [$ changed a bit to early to the slides maybe] [16.27] [$ Image missing for a frame or two] [16.29] [$ Again Side-by-side view could be used] [16.30] [$ Camera moving/shaking a bit after it was changed to camera 2] [16.35] [$ Finally a side-by-side view. \o/ ] [16.41] [$ Second window was taken away (so only the slide was in stream, but that wasn't really necessary] [16.49] the Winkekatze is falling asleep [16.57] [$ whilst side-by-side view the speaker is outside of the picture, camera should turn further to the right] [17.03] talk ends [17.04] [$ whilst q&a the camera on the speaker follows the speaker to slow] --> all in all a well done job with the mixing. thanks for showing the slides long enough. I like the long shots on each camera, supports concentration on the audio and therefore the talk and since the speaker doesn't have a lot of graphics or slides that is important. -------- [wallet.fail] [Leones] -------- [17:30] herald introduces the speaker and talk [17:31] speaker starts the talk [17:33] [$ video delay in my view] [17:34] [$ speaker could get a little more headspace from cam 1, or at least not have the slide screen above him be in the picture just so narrowly] [17:36] [$audio on speaker 2 rises late, then sounds very echoing/halling compared to speaker 1, room speakers are being picked up?] [17:47] [$speaker 3 is jumping in, at first sounds the same as speaker 2 (bad), after a second he is adjusted to the quality speaker 1 has had before [17:52] [$seeing speaker 3 full screen for a moment (cam 2?) seems relaxing to me as the (good work of) cam 1 used pic-in-pic was a hard job to keep the gestures tracked] [17:57] [$thanks for 2nd fullscreen of speaker 3, using cam 1] [17:58] [$speaker running out of frame of cam 2 (okay, almost ;-)), video mix reacts immediately] [18:03] [$panning of the (rarely used in the mix) cam 2 is not very smooth] [18:05] [$ first time seeing the 3 speakers in one picture] [18:08] [$as speaker 1 is taking over with the handheld mic, sounds best again at first, then some acoustic inconveniences as he varies his distance to mouth] [18:15] [$cam 2 shaking (even vertically) when speaker one hands over to speaker 3] [18:17] [$another full-body view (cam 2 ) of speaker 3. Thanks for breaking the cam1-box once more. I wonder if it would be possibel to see the other speakers in full at any time] [18:18] [$speaker 1 adding a comment, catched by cam 2 and then shown, very nicely done] [18:19] [$another shaky try to catch both speaker 3 and 1 with cam 2. Zooming out to securely catch both persons would be needed] [18:21] [$cam 1 loses it's high standards on catching the main speaker smoothly] [18:22] [$all 3 speakers in full, wow! finally. But adding the herald, introducing q&a, to the frame leads to a cutoff of the leftmost person] [18:26] [$still bad sound from speaker 2 as he's answering a question] [18:29] [$same as above, still] [18:32] [$talk ends with the herald being cut off in the middle of a sentence] ... [18:32] talk ends --> [Outstanding video mix! Very good, no complaints at all. Very good use of pic in pic, showing slide full screen whenever necessary Unstable performance of cam 2 when it is used at all for the mix, a very ambitious cam 1 from the start no cam 3 at all:, number of speakers jumping in the picture keeps to be a surprise for most of the time] -------- [Das ist mir nicht erinnerlich. Sliedes are also showed instantly when talked about. Camera 1 and 2 had no need to follow the speaker and did both a good job.
