[timestamp system time ?] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[timestamp system time ?] speaker starts the talk
[timestamp system time 13:20] maybe use more picture in picture mode...
[timestamp system time 13:37] zoom slower
[timestamp system time 13:39] picture must not include half a man
[timestamp system time 13:39] don't show the audience, zoom closer
[timestamp system time 13:46] focus more on the speaker, herold is half, other speaker is half, audience is visible
...
[timestamp system time hh:mm] talk ends

pivot (Mischer):

[14:08] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[14:09] speaker starts the talk
[14:10] Video audio is mono left (from slides)
[14:13] closeup maybe better
[14:15] audio asynchron
[14:20] slides only is a good choice, because of asynchron audio and interesting slides
[14:45] PiP with medium angle. closeup maybe better
[14:50] good: PiP with background used a lot, to not obstruct slides
[14:53] to many unnecessary video swiches
[14:58] Q&A starts
[15:00] talk ends
--> overall good job! asynchron audio was reported, but couldn't be fixed during stream
system time is ca. 2 minutes in front of actual time

[16:12] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[16:12] speaker starts the talk, audio seems to be fine
[16:13] Stream has some problems staying consistent (some trashed frames every now and then in VLC, started already in the break, seems to be ok in browser)
[16:17] some rumbling in audio, like an earring banging against the microphone or while walking(?)
[16:21] audio from the video played back by the speaker comes in quite late. The giggling of the speaker is faded a few seconds too late.
[16:26] nice camera work on cam1 following the speaker, even on more rapid movement
[16:34] mixer visibly anticipates rapid slide changes, good! (does not switch away from slides, even if there is not much on them), it looks like all slides were visible until this point
[16:37] speaker finished, Q&A starts
[16:37] switch to the camera, which was not fully set on the harald
[16:39] in Q&A when people stand in front of the camera, peoples heads in shot
[16:43] at the end, camera 2 would have been good so the speaker and harald could have been seen; also: cutoff a bit too late, announcements of the harald to the audience were in
[16:46] talk ends
--> very good camera 1, following the speaker, mixing was mostly good, only at the start of the Q&A a bit messy

[1710] herald makes some anouncements (photo policy, food, translations, )
[1711] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[1712] speaker starts the talk
[1712] audio all ok from beginning
[1713] slides visibility time is appropriate
[1717] PIP is useful
[1717] cam2-only seems not too useful here as the speaker stands quite static, but he points/refers to things in the slide - maybe sidebyside cam2+slides
cam2 also seems to be a bit out of focus
[1718] waiting for the slide to show ;-) (only a few seconds)
[1722] nice cuts
[1735] text at the bottom of slides is cut off, not sure if slides are broken or video bug
[1738] image from cam2 still slightly odd, not sure if out of focus and/or wrong colors
[1739] short connection hickups, probably on the client
[1740] Q&A starts
[1740] cam2 pans over to herald while on, switcher should probably wait until cam has panned
[1741] cam1 on speaker, cam2 on herald - good!
[1742] erschütterungen in cam1
[1748] cut to herald to late?
[1748] stream cutoff as the herald starts accouncements, in the middle of a word
durchgängig ganz leichtes surren im ton
--> cam1+cam2 camera movement was good (speaker didn't move much anyway ;-)), mixing and audio good as well, cam2 image quality has room for improvement

[timestamp system time hh:mm] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[timestamp system time hh:mm] speaker starts the talk
[timestamp system time hh:mm] [$Suggestion for Improvement]
[1822] video ends
[1822] good cut from end of video to hall cam
[1824] slide w/o speaker cam while he's pointing at things
[1825] cam2 a bit slow in following the speaker
[1827] bad mic placement, background noise through the talk
[1828] long fix on slide only. no speaker
[1831] great cut to slide with speaker
[1831] cam1 moved to far ahead of speaker
[1833] cam2 zoomed in too far
[1835] nice use of side by side followed by cut to small speaker
[1836] talk ends, q/a starts
[1838] bad use of cam1 while speaker is gesticulating widely
[1841] herald not centered on cam2 - probably room mic in the way
[1844] lots of audio noise - room mic?
[1846] great use of side by side for herald & speaker
[1849] talk ends
--> [Conclusion here]

[19:10] herald introduces the speaker and talk
[19:12] speaker starts the talk
[19:13] Camera 1 is somewhat shaky and the picture shown is cut weird
[19:13] cutting to slides to allow cameras to find their angles (?) worked well, camera 1 picture better. Still somewhat much headroom, camera seems off
[19:15] Speaker is pacing a lot, camera 1 is trying to keep up but it gets shaky (maybe make camera hardware a bit more smooth)
[19:17] nice cut to Camera 2
[19:20] hard to use supersource on her, would work well but she keeps running out
[19:21] better image for Camera 1
[19:22] Camera 2 has a large amount of headspace above speaker, could zoom in more
[19:24] good timing and choice of what to show (slide - cam 2 - supersource)
[19:27] good to show Camera 2 but hard cut to Slides, fixed well with back to supersource
[19:29] Nice catch with Camera 2 when speaker ran out of focus
[19:29] good slide to choose for fullscreen
[19:31] feels a bit long to show only slides though
[19:32] good moment to jump out of slides, unfortunately it's hard to keep speaker at the center as she runs
[19:33] Nice jump to supersource
[19:35] nice cut in movement to slide she is talking to
[19:36] good timing to cut back to seeing some of speaker in addition to slide
[19:37] Camera doesn't catch her hand as she is pointing
[19:37] good sequence
[19:44] taking a bit long to cut back to people from slides at the end of talk
[19:44] Camera 2 live while adjusting zoom
[19:45] Audience in the stream (standing up)
[19:47] good switch between Herald and speaker
[19:55] perfect moment to use Camera 3
[19:56] talk ends
--> [hard to deal with such a pacer as this speaker, well done in many parts. Hard cuts sometimes, difficulties with choosing frame of focus on both cameras, some really well caught sequences

[xx:xx] Missed Introduction (have a note from CERT Dr.)
[20:52} Presenter talking]
[20:54] INFORMATION displayed full screen
[20:56] switched to corner PIP, 50/50 would be optimal
[20:57] Audio out of sync is obvious in full screen
[21:00] 50/50 split looks good
[21:08] Music fades and transitions
[21:16] Slide goes BLACK
[21:37] Refers to a condom image that isn`t shown
[21:44] Speach concludes (hold for applause)
[21:45] Herald announces there will be no Q&A
[21:45] Promo slide for some messenger app !????
[21:46] END --> Standby animation
This was a bit of a unique talk as a performance. The background audio music was really nicely mixed as to be present, and not obtrusive
P.C. folks might need a trigger warníng for subject matter and explicit language

[22:09] Herald starts speaking, Infobeamer shown on stream
[22:10] Switches to Herald Image; Cameras seem to have a different level of exposure (wider shot is darker)
[22:11] Infobeamer shown again
[22:12] Herald starts the introduction; some camera shakes; some heads peak in
[22:13] Speaker starts talking; really cool transition - almost swapped to the other cam too soon
[22:14] Very quickly moving slides -> Staying in Side-by-Side Preview is smart
[22:16] Speaker doesn't move much; having a tighter supersource shot could work here
[22:19] Speaker switches to less attention grabbing slides -> good moment to show a fullscreen cam (which was done)
[22:22] Camera has a bit too much headroom
[22:26] Speaker shows a longer video; audio is slightly peaking
[22:28] Cut to a camera mid adjustment; short blank screen beforehand
[22:30] Great shot composition; optionally giving her more room to look towards the screen/side could also be nice
[22:31] Slightly shaky camera movement to reposition - could use the other camera for situations like that
[22:41] She referes to something on the slides - but the slides aren't shown
[22:43] Speaker has tech issues; good compensation from the mixing side
[22:43] Question from the audience - question asker is kind of quiet
[22:45] Another question that wasn't heard
[22:48] Still downtime from the tech issues - could have been an opportunity to move to camera 3 and give the stream some breathing room
[22:59] Speaker works out some technical things again - probably better to show a camera instead of a screen in situations like that
[23:10] I don't think swapping away from fullscreen presenter is necessary for this sequence at all, it just distracts from the theme; the cut timing wasn't too distracting though
[23:13] Applause - Herald moves to the stage; and then runs out of the shot
[23:13] Herald does closing remarks; a lot of audience faces on the screen
[23:14] Cut to infobeamer after camera moves about
[23:15] Stream Paused (a little late)
The ending could have gone smoother - if a lot moves about on the stage switch to Camera 3. Otherwise the talk didn't need any fancy edits. It would have been nice to have both cameras in use - on the one hand to swap perspectives and shotstyles slightly, but also to give the camera angels something to do :)
The noisy slides were dealt with nicely! Good work!

[23:30] herald introduces the speaker and talk
- herald was probably shown too early here, was just giving some hints
[23:32] speaker starts the talk
[23:33] 35C3 on the pult is cut out a bit
[23.33] slide should have been shown in fullscreen
[23:36] slide too small again, should be fullscreen
[23:44] ruppiger cut, aber eher unverschuldet (redner wechselt im selben moment die folie)
[23:44] vllt könnte man mehr zoomen, viel platz links und rechts vom redner
[00:14] herald runs onto the stage and out of the picture (cut too late)
[00:15] nice cut away from the faces
[00:16] herald too far on the left
[00:18] audio sync
[00:20] pause
[timestamp system time hh:mm] talk ends
